The following is a general outline on how we might work together, allowing for adjustments.
We will begin with an intake, usually scheduled for 90 minutes. We will review your health history and main goals. If applicable, we will assess physical range of motion, as well as strengths and weaknesses.
After your intake, I will put together a plan that could include physical postures, breath work and/or meditations depending on what might work best for you.
We will meet to go over the plan, do the sequence together, and you will have time to ask any questions you may have.
After this session, I will create a practice video of the sequence for you to be able to do on your own and give you access.
We can meet to review how the practice is going for you and make any adjustments that need to be made to the sequence.
We will then decide how often to meet, how often to check in, and how often to tweak the sequence based on your needs.
If there are any other areas on which you would like to focus, we would then apply the same process!
