I started Yoga for Moms after doing Prenatal Yoga with Janine. I joined the Thriving Yoga Mama’s Membership for the accountability of showing up to a class.
As a bonus, I’ve gained some pals along the way!
It has been a weekly mood booster and a “kind” thing to do for my body that does so much for me.
My favorite part of the membership is having the opportunity to connect with a group of awesome moms. I always wanted to connect with a “moms group” but never found the right fit.
This membership is amazing because it is a group of supportive women – no judgement or comparisons. Just a group of moms who are looking to connect and carve out some time for themselves.
And it is real life – moms come as they are: messy hair, pajamas, babies crying and dogs barking!
